Report Addresses Global Workforces, Digital Transformation Challenges

ASQE has released new research that identifies emerging industry trends, including real-world scores on challenges in adapting quality programs in global workforces and barriers to implementing digital transformation efforts. Findings from the 2020 Insights on Excellence (IoE) Annual Research Report can guide ASQ member communities pursuing best practices in organizational excellence and operations, said Daniella Picciotti, ASQE chair officer. This research already has been shared with ASQ's technical communities for them to use to expand the quality body of knowledge through insights into emerging trends and statistics. In addition, an IoE toolkit has been created to help member leaders spread the information at technical or geographical community events, and to support efforts to engage members and enhance member value. The toolkit includes: 1. An on-demand presentation from ASQ's leadership team that provides an overview of the report and research highlights. 2. Sample PowerPoint presentation slides for use at member events. 3. A frequently asked questions resource. 4. An IoE two-page infographic card, featuring research highlights.
