In response to "Standard Issues: A New Perspective" (November 2019, pp. 48-50): The revised ISO 10014 will be beneficial to quality professionals as they try to show top management the link between quality management systems and financial and economic benefits. The author provides highlights of the revision process, revision timetable and maturity scale, which have greatly increased my interest in this standard. I look forward to reading and using it.
