Abatement of Business Risk Is Key to Six Sigma

Over the past several months, we have explored many of the key concepts underpinning a new definition of quality, what I describe as the state in which value entitlement is realized for the customer and provider in every aspect of the business relationship. In doing so, we have demonstrated that Six Sigma is far more than a simple quality target.
