Learning disabilities are difficult, regardless of who or what they affect. Unfortunately, learning disabilities can be fatal to organizations, causing most companies to throw in the towel before hitting their 40th anniversary.1 However, more organizations are overcoming these disabilities by evolving into learning organizations.
