A Decade of Distinction

In the first six months of 2010, Telefonica Group, the third largest telecommunications company in the world, launched 60 simultaneous quality improvement projects. These 60 projects represent nearly 30% of the total number of improvement projects conducted in the company during the last decade. This wave of progress is the result of an effort to deploy throughout Telefonica Group the quality model initially developed in one of its businesses, the Movistar cell phone communication company.
