As Complex Social, economic, technological and environmental forces converge at an accelerated pace, they are transforming the workplace, the marketplace-indeed, the world-and radically shifting the rules of the game for organizations everywhere. Just as we begin to understand the implications of the latest tsunami of change, another giant wave is forming.
