I just read the article on Robert Galvin and agree with his philosophies. But I do take exception with the thought that companies can manufacture millions of devices with no defects. My observation is that the trend is to have manufactured goods coming from overseas. Examine the products in your home-from clothing to food items-and you will be hard-pressed to find "made in USA" on the tag.
