Q: My organization manufactures soft fer-rite cores, which involves a typical process consisting of variables in many departments, such as pressing, sintering and grinding. The rejection rate is high-about 10%-and some of the variables are not in control. Then, if we control one, another is disturbed. Because there are so many variables to control, it's difficult to analyze the root cause of the problem, we can correlate two or three variables, but not all. Please help me find a way to overcome this.
