An Open Mind for New Ways to Get Things Done

We all know that the workplace has changed dramatically over the past 40 years. People under 40 are working in a world that's much different than the one I succeeded in. Now, each generation-young and old-must adjust to rapidly changing workplace perspectives.For instance, when I joined the workforce in the 1970s, I didn't think I had input on how things were done. I respectfully watched what the seasoned professionals were doing and copied them. Fitting in was a much more successful strategy than pushing back so I could "do it my way."
