Are you happy with your salary? When we asked that question in this year's QP Salary Survey, 61% of respondents answered in the affirmative. Another 10.7% were neutral, while 28.3% said they were dissatisfied. The fact that nearly one-third of respondents were less-than-pleased with their earnings shouldn't be surprising. Salaries have stagnated, as shown by our leading indicator-the average salary for full-time quality professionals in the United States. At $88,423, that number is down $183, or 0.21%, from last year's average of $88,606. This decrease is small and, due to the large variance in salaries, statistically insignificant.
