Last year, I was reflecting on my career when I realized that I had been a quality professional for approximately 10,000 days-just over 27 years. My journey started as a bench chemist in San Antonio and has progressed steadily to my current role as vice president of quality assurance. Along the way, I moved to eight different states and as many different pharmaceutical organizations.
