Using ISO 9001:2015-Clause 7.4-Communication, lean, Six Sigma tools and innovative approaches to prevent and improve future communication challenges can have a tremendous impact in improving overall performance, as well as employee satisfaction and customer satisfaction scores. Future challenges that organizations face include meeting new customer needs and expectations, expanding to become a globalized presence, addressing a lack of communication after process improvements and reorganization occurs, and learning how to communicate the "millennial way"-that is, the millennial generation's approach in retrieving, manipulating and communicating through the use of innovation and technology.
