Standards Column

摘要

In this column we will review the status of the project to revise ISO 8423:1991 and the status of development of ISO 10019 on the use of consultants to help develop management systems. We will look at the ISO process for periodic systematic review of standards and look at the status of some of the recent and current reviews in ISO TCs 69 and 176. We will briefly look at the status of the process for revising ISO 9001 and 9004. We will also review ongoing work on customer satisfaction measurement and ISO/DIS 22006 on application of ISO 9001 to crop production.
