HF Signals μBITX 80 -10 Meter QRP Transceiver Kit

The μBITX (pronounced "micro-BITX") is the latest in the open-source BITX series of transceiver kits from designer Ashhar Farhan, VU2ESE. Building on the success of the BITX40 transceiver (reviewed in the August 2018 issue of QST), the μBITX is a single-board 80- to 10-meter QRP CW/SSB transceiver "semi-kit." I call it a semi-kit because the board itself is completely assembled and tested, and the package includes most of the external components you will need to complete the kit. After assembly, all you need to add is an enclosure, an external 12 Ⅴ dc power supply, a housing for the microphone element and push-to-talk switch (PTT), and you're on the air. Amazingly, the uBITX costs just $129, standard shipping from India included.
