Curtis 1000 AG finds buyer for Faehrbruecke paper mill

Curtis 1000 Europe AG has found a buyer for Faehrbruecke Papier GmbH in Langen-weiβenbach in Saxony/Germany. The paper mill is passing into the hands of unnamed private investors who have also agreed not to disclose the sum involved in the transaction. EUWID was told that no answer can be given yet either to the question of whether the investors are foreign to the industry or competitors. It was formally added that the transferral of the shares in the company will become effective when the purchase price is paid. Faehrbruecke Papier GmbH produces and distributes food packaging paper and graphic paper for industry and the paper wholesale trade with 90 employees. It was emphasised that business with this range of products is to be continued under the new ownership.
