Europac buys Gasny corrugated board mill

Papeles y Cartones de Europa (Europac) has taken over Gasny corrugated board mill from SCA Packaging as announced. Europac reports that the mill will be affiliated to the French subsidiary Europac Cartonnerie de Rouen and will be named Europac Cartonnerie Val de Seine (ECVDS). The transaction is said to be worth some €35m.
