EU imposes provisional anti-dumping duties on coated fine paper from China

The European Commission (EC) imposed provisional anti-dumping duties on imports of coated woodfree paper and board from the People's Republic of China. The antidumping duties, which were determined by the EC on the basis of the injury margin, amount to 39.1 % against all Chinese manufacturers. A lower levy of 19.7% will be applicable only to Gold East Paper and Gold Huasheng Paper, two companies that are part of Asia Pulp and Paper Group (APP), according to the EC.
