K-C in talks to sell Everett mill

Kimberly-Clark is in negotiations with Atlas Holdings LLC on the sale of its Everett pulp and tissue mill in the US state of Washington. Kimberly-Clark said there are still plans to operate the mill and the pulp facility after a possible takeover. The company did not disclose the plant's capacity.
