US recovered paper prices remain stable in August

The situation on the US recovered paper market eased again in August and appeared largely balanced in terms of supply and demand. Prices on the domestic market have remained stable at last month's levels. As such, an average of $105 is still obtainable for mixed paper on the East Coast and $ 160-165/sh.t on the West Coast. OCC is still fetching $160-170 in the east and up to $200/sh.t in the west.
