Arjo Wiggins' Moulin du Roy sold to Hamelin

ArjoWiggins has completed the recently negotiated sale of its Moulin du Roy paper mill to Groupe Hamelin. Moulin du Roy has a capacity of 14,000 tpy of fine art paper. Hamelin acquired the mill via its Canson subsidiary which it acquired from ArjoWiggins four years ago and which has an exclusive supply agreement with ArjoWiggins. Hamelin said the takeover of the mill is mainly intended to secure long-term supply and optimise the supply chain and production processes.
