JRC tables technical report on end-of-waste criteria for recovered paper

The Seville-based Joint Research Centre (JRC) of the EU Commission has published its final report with proposals for end-of-life criteria for recovered paper towards the end of April. Recovered paper is the second waste stream after iron, steel and aluminium scrap for which the JRC has drawn up such criteria.
