Producers' pulp stocks jump back to November level pulp deliveries to WE rise on higher consumption

After a very strong December, producers' world-wide pulp stocks in January rose back up to the November figure. According to the Pulp and Paper Council, stocks rose in this peri-od by 3 to 33 days of stock. The increase in the softwood segment was by 2 days to 27 and hardwood pulp stocks rose from 37 to 40 days.Pulp deliveries in January fell by 554,0001 world-wide against the previous month to 3.425 million t (Dec. 10:3.979 million t).
