Shandong Huatai Paper to commission new capacities

Chinese Shandong Huatai Paper Co. Ltd. will increase its fine paper and newsprint capacities by commissioning three paper machines during the current quarter. At its Dongying City mill in the Chinese province of Shandong, the company already started up its new PM8, which produces fine paper, on January 18. The order value for the new machine, which was delivered by Metso, totalled €170m.
