Headwind for Arctic Paper's takeover offer for Rottneros

Major shareholders in pulp manufacturer Rottneros, who hold a combined total of over 10% of the shares in the company, have given the board of directors of Rottneros written notification that they do not wish to accept the takeover offer by fine paper manufacturer Arctic Paper. One of the objectors to the takeover bid is the investment company Skagen Vekst, which holds roughly 7.47% of the Rottneros shares.
