Graphic Packaging taking over Contego Cartons

US packaging group Graphic Packaging Holding Company is taking over the European food carton business of British Contego Packaging Group. The two companies reported they have already agreed on terms for the Contego Cartons deal and have signed a definitive sales and purchase agreement. The transaction is expected to be concluded at the end of December.
