Orient Paper's new PM in Baoding halted shortly after start-up

Orient Paper had to suspend containerboard production on the new machine at its headquarters in Baoding for 17 days in the second quarter of the year due to problems with the mill's sewage treatment facility. In its recently released half-yearly report, the company explained that the disruption has since been corrected.The downtime also affected the offset paper machine.
