Oji Paper to set up decor and specialty paper JV in China

Oji Paper Group has entered into an agreement with the Chinese companies Shandong Century Sunshine Paper and Dragon Chariot Limited for the formation of a specialty paper joint venture company in China. The JV company will operate under the name of Sunshine Oji Specialty Paper and is expected to be incorporated in August 2012 in Shouguang, in the Shandong province.
