Fortress Paper closes acquisition of Domtar's LSQ mill

Fortress Paper announced the escrow closing for the acquisition of Domtar's Lebel-sur-Quevillon (LSQ) pulp mill. According to Fortress Paper, its wholly owned subsidiary Fortress Global Cellulo se has closed in escrow the asset purchase agree ment previously entered into with Domtar and the Ministry of Economic Development, Innova tion and Export Trade of Quebec.
