Manroland sheetfed GmbH acquired the sheetfed business and the assets of Manroland Great Britain Ltd. A new company called Manroland sheet-fed (UK) Ltd has been founded and will continue operations with 37 employees on the existing premises in Mitcham in Southwest London.Due to the insolvency of Manroland AG, the company's UK branch also went into administration on 5 December last year. Manroland Great Britain Ltd, which had been trading since 1999, was established after Manroland Deutschland's takeover of its previous UK distributor PPS.
