Ellgia Recycling to acquire AJ Thompson Paper Recycling

Ellgia Recycling in Cambridge has acquired AJ Thompson Paper Recycling based in Newmarket, Suffolk. The former family-owned business AJ Thompson is one of East Anglia's largest recycling companies, which currently handles around 700 tonnes of waste paper, plastic and cardboard per week across Cambridgeshire, Suffolk, Essex and the East of England. The acquisition provides Ellgia Recycling with increased capacity and enhanced service options. Ellgia Recycling has seen considerable growth over the last twelve months and is now the largest independent waste management company in the area.
