Pratt Industries to build corrugated box plant

Pratt Industries will begin construction on a new $52m (€44m) corrugated box factory in Beloit, Wisconsin in spring 2015. The proposed 35,000 m~2 manufacturing facility will produce approximately 550 tpd of recycled boxes at capacity. The new plant will convert corrugated case material produced at Pratt's recycled paper mills into sheets and convert those sheets into finished boxes for distribution in the USA. Pratt said the company was committed to providing 140 full-time jobs at the facility when it reached full capacity.
