Essentra to buy Kamsri's pharma packaging operations

British manufacturer of plastic, fibre and foam products Essentra plans to acquire the pharmaceutical packaging assets of Indian packaging manufacturer Kamsri Printing & Packaging. An agreement to this effect has been signed, the company reported. The transaction price was not disclosed. The takeover is to be finalised by the end of the year.
