Voith entrusted with rebuilding Parenco's PM 2

Dutch paper producer Parenco B.V. has entrusted Voith with rebuilding its stock preparation and PM 2, as well as with facility renovations at Renkum. The project is scheduled to be completed in August 2016. Voith reports that the contract was awarded after a 10-month pre-en-gineering project. Having been idle since 2009, the Renkum PM 2, which had originally been designed for 225,000 tpy of newsprint, will now be transformed into a containerboard production line.
