Holmen Hallsta restarts PM 11 after TMP line overhaul

Holmen restarted PM 11 at its Hallsta mill in Sweden. The company said the machine was up and running, producing uncoated magazine and catalogue paper (330,000 tpy), after it had been down for 99 days due to a fire that broke out on 20 November last year at the mill's pulp line. The plant's TMP line restarted working on the evening of 26 February and the paper machine two days later. Holmen had to stop PM 11 because the TMP production line that was damaged by the fire last November had to undergo a complete overhaul.
