Swanline Print buying Four Graphics'Warwick division

Swanline Print Group has acquired the business assets and goodwill of Four Graphics Ltd's War-wick-based division. The entity was purchased from administrators by the group after difficul-ties associated with their London and Dubai-based businesses. The new company, which will be called Four Create Print Ltd, opened its doors on 8 May. The purchase price was not disclosed.
