Glossop Cartons announces Management Buy-Out

British carton manufacturer Glossop Cartons has successfully completed its management buyout by former sales director Wayne Fitzpatrick. As managing director, Mr Fitzpatrick will head up the new management team, which comprises David Bartlett as head of operations, Simon Boden as head of supply chain and business improvement, Clare Beswick as head of HR and Matthew Clarke as head of sales, the company announces. Former joint managing directors of Glossop Cartons, Jacky Sidebottom-Every and Brian Sidebot-tom, will continue as consultants to the business, the company says. Glossop Cartons, based in Stockport near Manchester, is one of the UK's leading manufacturers of carton board packaging products with sales of £11.5m in 2020.
