Kimberly-Clark sells Swiss tissue mill in Niederbipp

The Queck family of entrepreneurs has acquired the Swiss paper mill in Niederbipp from Kimberly-Clark Corporation (KCC). The agreement provides for the transfer of the assets on 1 May 2021. Lakana Holding, which is wholly owned by the Queck family, was founded to handle the takeover. This transaction will enable the plant known asTela in Niederbipp to continue operation, the company confirmed in response to an EUWID enquiry.
