Poland's publication paper prices under growing pressure, fine paper prices drift lower

Yet the generally pessimistic view of the European economy is not reflected in all segments. In the middle of the second quarter, manufacturers of corrugated board and packaging as well as producers of corrugated case material and cartonboard were widely satisfied with demand from their Polish customers. For recycled corrugated case material and kraftliner, some producers believe demand is so strong that they have announced price hikes as of June.
