AR Packaging acquires K+D and Rlc Packaging to boost healthcare and pharma packaging business

Sweden's AR Packaging Group will strengthen its position on the healthcare and beauty packaging market in central Europe through strategic mergers and acquisitions activity in Switzerland, Germany and Poland.The company has acquired all outstanding shares in K+D, the Swiss pharmaceutical and cosmetics packaging company with a leading position in pharmaceutical packaging printing. According to AR Packaging, K+D has around 70 employees and provides GMP-compliant, finished and counterfeit-proof cartonboard-based packaging solutions.
