The Thimm Group is continuing its growth path in Poland. TOP Packaging, a joint venture that forms part of the group and is located in Tychy in southern Poland, is going to acquire United Packaging in Skarbimierz, near Wroclaw, a local supplier of corrugated board packaging. According to Thimm, the plant and its more than 100 employees will be taken over once the Polish cartel office has given its approval.
