Fundermax buys Ranheim Paper & Board

Austrian wood converting company Fundermax has completed the purchase of the Norwegian paper and board manufacturer Ranheim Paper & Board AS.The purchase agreement with the seller, Norwegian investment company Pemco, was already signed at the end of 2018, said Fundermax. After the Austrian antitrust authorities granted their approval to the transaction, Ranheim Paper & Board became officially part of Fundermax group. The purchase price was not disclosed.
