Hengan to acquire share in Finnpulp, basic engineering started for new pulp mill

Chinese producer of tissue and sanitary products Hengan International Group Company, will acquire shares in Finnpulp Oy to participate in the construction of a new pulp mill in Finland. The Chinese group will acquire 36.5% of the company's stock for €11.7m. Hengan will receive the option of increasing its share to as much as 49%.
