The Board of Directors is a group of Photographic Society of America (PSA) members that work for the Society as volunteers. A nominating committee is appointed by the President to represent various geographical areas of the country. The selection of these committee members and a chairman is a serious job because the Committee must be knowledgeable about PSA leaders all around North America. Each candidate for office brings a vast amount of PSA service to the prospective position he or she will fill and the Nominating Committee must locate the right member for each position.
