ARTIST'S STATEMENT

摘要

I derive great pleasure in creating technically good images and am usually looking for the image that will do well in competition. Being primarily a pictorial photographer I will make any adjustments to an image that I feel will add to the pictorial quality. I prefer scenes or patterns in nature and enjoy simplicity. Over the years I have trained myself to see what nature is offering rather than just looking at what is offered. In my photographs I try to convey not only what I was seeing and experiencing at the time but that also will generate a similar response in others.
