This month the Journal's occasional article entitled Focus, which features a member or member club, turns to a group of Up-And-Coming-Leaders: individuals who during a short tenure of three to five years have made significant contributions to the Photographic Society of America (PSA).rnAfter joining PSA in 2007, Susan Cowles, PPSA, quickly became a participant and volunteer in many PSA activities. For the Color Print Division (CPID), starting in 2007 until the present, Susan has acted as thernDirector of the CPID Information Center; she has developed the highly successful CPID Individual Portrait Competition and the Interclub Creative Contest; along with her husband Larry Cowles, APSA, EPSA, Susan conducted a presentation at the 2008 Portland Conference; and in 2009 she volunteered to serve on the CPID Communication Board for the PSA Yellowstone Conference.
