MWB to pick up Business Exchange shares with a view to a sale

MWB has agreed to buy out the minority shareholders of MWB Business Exchange, its loss-making serviced office company. The listed company, headed by Richard Balfour-Lynn, owns 72.3% of Business Exchange. It offered £9.1m for the other 27.7%. Shareholders will receive 0.9 new MWB shares and 12.7p in cash.
