European market looks set for strong 2016

Investment in European commercial property hit nearly €240bn (£185bn) last year - a 25% jump on the previous year - as the core markets of the UK, Germany and France all posted strong growth. According to Knight Frank, €64.5bn was invested in Europe's commercial sector in the final quarter of 2015, taking total volumes for the full year to€238.5bn.
