CBRE offers $5.6m golden handcuffs to top-level staff

CBRE has handed its most senior global executives one-off equity awards worth up to $5.6m (£4m) each in a bid to hold on to its top staff.The awards have a six-year 'cliff vesting' period, which means that staff have to stay at the company for the full six years to benefit.
