US tenant rep firm Studley finds UK springboard in Spring4

US "tenant rep" specialist Studley has made a significant inroad into the UK market, through a corporate deal that gives it a stake in London-based Spring4. Spring4 has been bought by AOS Croup, which has a global network of 20 offices and is 52%-management owned and 48%-owned by Studley. It will trade as AOS Spring4, and its 10 staff will be combined with Studley's eight-strong office. Spring4's business is split equally between central London and the rest of the UK.
