New Yorker takes on Covent Garden

New York-based investment firm Northwood Investors is close to buying 90 Long Acre in London's Covent Garden for around £160m-£165m, PropertyWeek.com revealed this week. The US investor, led by former Blackstone chief executive John Kukral, placed the 194,000 sq ft office building under offer, after a proposed sale of the offshore vehicle that owns the building to Native Land collapsed last week.
